WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CNC MILLED ENGRAVINGS AND LASER ENGRAVINGS?
In short, the difference between CNC Milled Engravings and Laser Engravings/Etchings is the quality. We DO NOT laser engrave. Laser engravings fade, rub off, look cheap, but unfortunately are the go to engraving method for the overwhelming majority of custom engraving shops because it is economical and easy to do. CNC Milled Engravings utilize a rotary bit to remove material in three dimensions producing an engraving with depth that will last a lifetime and beyond.
Unlike a laser engraving machine that can take a simple high resolution image and immediately translate that into a laser engraving, CNC Milled engravings require every single engraving to be designed entirely from scratch. Many of these engravings take several hours to design and optimize. Other shops that offer custom CNC milled engravings have to charge several hundred dollars or more for a SINGLE custom engraving. We offer up to 6 custom engravings for less than $100.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
We are a custom shop, meaning that we do not carry any inventory of engraved products. We only begin the machining process after we receive an order, then assembly, then packaging with stringent quality checks after every step. We strive to ship all orders in 2-5 business days. This does not include weekends. We are continuously improving and speeding up our process, but we will never sacrifice quality for speed. Delivery times depend on your location and the U.S. Postal Service. Most of our packages, once "Marked for delivery" reach their destination in 2-3 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your order on www.usps.com. If you did not receive a tracking number, try checking the spam folder of the email account you provided at checkout.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
An order confirmation email is sent automatically upon order placement. Try checking the spam folder of the email account you provided at checkout. The last possibility is that your email address was incorrectly entered. If you think that may be the case, please contact us, and we will update your contact information. In any case, rest assured, your order is being processed.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
If your order was filled incorrectly, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us with your order number, and we will fix the mishap. It doesn't happen often, but when it does we drop everything to make it right.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you are not happy with our work, let us know. We have a 100% no-questions-asked refund policy. We will likely ask for a picture of the quality issue so that we can diagnose what went wrong and make sure it never happens again, but we will go out of our way to make your experience with us as easy and satisfying as possible.
MY SPINNER HAS BECOME SLOW/LOUD
You will inevitably get dirt or grit inside the bearing at some point, especially if you carry it in your pocket. The ONLY way you should ever clean our spinners is by unscrewing the bearing caps from each other, spraying WD-40 into the bearing and flushing it out with compressed air. If you use any other lubricant besides WD-40 you will end up with a spinner that spins for about 15 seconds. Do not use something similar to WD-40, only use WD-40. If you have already used something other than WD-40, insert the entire spinner (minus the caps) into a degreaser/brake cleaner and swoosh it around for about 2-5 minutes and then allow it to dry. This will remove all lubricant from spinner. Then apply the WD-40 and flush it out with air.
