Machine Brass Knuckles VS Casted Brass Knuckles

Machined Brass Knuckle Paperweights vs Casted Brass Knuckle Paperweights

Traditional brass knuckles are most often manufactured through a casting process using junk brass tainted with dozens of different metals and contaminants, which is perfectly fine for an item intended to be used as a blunt force melee weapon. However, the reality is, that in modern day America, brass knuckles are far more often purchased and utilized as commemorative gifts, awards, and desk ornaments than as intended melee weapons, and thus, should embody a flawless, beautiful construction and finish.

The casting process leaves a lot to be desired, which is a where a precision machined manufacturing process comes into play. At Milspin, we utilize state-of-the-art CNC machinery and robotics to produce flawlessly machined components, every single time, including Brass Knuckle Paperweights. We want our brass knuckles to be both flawless and aesthetically beautiful while maintaining ultimate strength and durability.

The CNC machining process of manufacturing allows for repeatably machined parts down to the .0001” and beyond. There are no machining flaws with our operations.

Durability and Strength: The choice to machine our brass knuckles from solid blocks of pure brass as opposed to casting results in significantly increased strength and durability. Castings often end up shattered under serious stress and impacts. Our machined brass knuckles will never shatter or crack. And if you can somehow produce super human strength to bend or damage them, we’ll replace them for free, guaranteed for life.

Surface Finish: Our cnc milling process allows us to put beautiful, mirror like surface finishes on our brass knuckles. This surface is then used as the perfect canvas for our cnc milled deep engravings you see on our paperweights. They are unmatched in quality to anything on the market and a guaranteed jaw dropper when received as a gift or award.
